凭藉几年的工作经验，汉斯 ． J ． 布雷默（Hans J. Brmr）律师抱有渴望能够为普罗维登斯（Providnc）庞大的无证件移民社区提供援助，并结束他们生活在恐惧中的日子。所以他决定辞去了他在一家知名律师事务所的职务，而开办BrmLaw律师行。
布雷默律师从开办一个小型办公室至逐步建立他的团队，目的是能够满足不断变化的移民政策和气候的日益增长，而需求提供协助。在大约一年半的时间里，他的客户群已比他想像中还要多。
